When we engage with a client for the first time, this is often the basis on which we start. The objective is simple in finding you the best possible candidate in the market for the specific position. We utilise our own extensive database as well as headhunt in the industry for the most suitable talent specific to that position. We don’t advertise on external sites (which you can do yourself) or send you loads of CVs that will waste your time. It only takes one candidate to fill a role and we endeavour to find the perfect one!
Exclusive Search Partnership
We work with some clients on an exclusive basis for a fixed period of time. This doesn’t cost the client any fees up front but ensures that we can promote the position to the industry in the most effective way. In this more considered approach, there is no potential of different agencies contacting the same candidates for the same positions which can sometimes have a negative effect. During the time period (often two weeks), regular dialogue between us and the clients is maintained. After the time period has elapsed, if the client wishes to engage other agencies, then they are free to do so.
Working with clients in a retained way is not the normal practice but does bring significant advantages to the client for certain positions. This approach involves part of the fee being paid up front to us for the specific search and enables us to fully act as partner with clients on the project. Effectively we act as an outsourced arm of your own company and put of all of our combined efforts in finding the best possible candidate.
Proactive Talent Planning
Some clients are often on the look out for great sales professionals. Others will be well aware of a vacancy before the specific need arises. By engaging with our client partners proactively and before there is an urgent requirement, we can ensure the recruitment process is shorter and more effective. As we work with some of our clients very closely, we often know their preferred types of candidates and therefore send talent their way proactively as relevant.
Contract Based Sales and Event staff
Through our extensive network, we are able to provide freelance candidates who want a short or medium term contract. Essentially, this involves placing experienced professionals that can come in to help your business, for a fixed time. This varies from a day upto a year for maternity cover. The person becomes a member of your team for this period and has substantial industry experience to help with the needs of your business during this time. Their flexibility allows them to quickly adapt to your requirements. They can be contracted directly by you or via us, the latter of which can bring significant contractual advantages to your business.
